You are eligible for full reimbursement 14 days before the date of purchase and before the start of the course/service.

And our return policy allows for all merchandise to be returned in these cases :

1- If he/she withdraws ten days before, 75% will be refunded
2- If he/she withdraws before a week, 50% will be refunded
3- If he/she withdraws before 3 days, 20% will be refunded
